Knowledge Base Updates

• User Permissions: Updated the Control Module section for a new setting allowing admins to grant or restrict access to Incidents & Logs, similar to the existing Jobs setting.
• New: Add and Manage External Users
• New: Share Jobs and Incidents with External Users
• New: Duplicate Projects and Project Tasks
• New: Export Events, Incidents, Indicators, Risk Profiles, and Risk Assessments using the Document Manager
• Added Zone Groups to Configure Zones, Zone Groups, and Areas.
• New: Shift Project and Task Group Timelines in the Gantt Chart
  • Also, the entire Gantt section on the KB has been updated! Articles have been consolidated and rewritten to align with the product as it is now. Check it out!
