Permissions needed: This feature is only accessible to Ungerboeck staff with VenueOps root access. Client Insights Admins cannot upload XML template and report files.

1. Impersonate the Insights Admin on an account
   *If the account doesn't have an Insights admin, impersonate any user and then change the URL in your browser to insights.venueops.com to open the Insights Admin page.
2. Click Insights Admin
3. Click Create From XML
4. Click Add Files
5. Select the file(s) to upload
   1. Ctrl + Click to select multiple files
6. Click Open
7. Click Save
