Incorrect retrieval of content for internal bookings

Region: EMEA
Articles used in your research: Online Registration in Multiple Languages
General
Business impact if not resolved: French translations are not displayed correctly on registration items, creating data inconsistency.
Short Summary of issue (issue description): For Event 5122, registration items created or modified through the back end populate the Alternate Description - Function field with the German description instead of the configured French translation. Front-end registrations display the expected translation. The issue persists even after changing the event language configuration and is reproducible with newly created backend registration items.

Recreation Steps:
- Edit event 5122
- Click Actions > Tools > Registration > Registration Setup
- Open the Registration Form Setup tab
- Edit Registration Configuration "Einzelne Registrierung"
- Open the Languages tab, and notice that both German and French have been added as Public Language
- In the Main Menu, go to Registration Orders
- Edit order 111753
- Edit Registration Order Item "Kongressteilnahme 3 Tage Mi-Fr (20.05.-22.05.2026) - Präsenz"
- In the Alternate Description - Function field, notice that the German description is shown, not the French
Observed vs. Expected Results: The Alternate Description - Function field should display the configured French translation ("Participation au congrès 3 jours | me-ve (20.05.-22.05.2026) - présence").

This is working correctly. Alternate Description - Function is just that, the alternate description of the function (not the item). If you go to Functions on the event and search for that function and look at the alternate description, it's German.
