Exhibitor Updated webhook not being called

Description of the Issue:
The Exhibitor Updated Webhook sometimes does not trigger. The fail rate is minimal and we are not able to recreate that. I had this already discussed with TS and they replied that they can't validate this properly from the logs as all of them fail to deserialize due the fact they are not sending back the expected response. As of that they adviced to have this further checked in order to figure out if we were sending the request and it was lost in network or if there is a real bug.

Webhook: 

As already mentioned we are not able to recreated. Tried with Beeceptor but the Webhook triggered correctly each time. Overall it does so for the client as well but they have this fail rate they want to solve.
