Web Lead Form - Calendar Logic for Date Fields

Description of the Issue:
Upfront - I guess this will be an enahncement but as for example Date Format is still a thing to be adapted to non US this might be something to think about.
When you enter for example preferred start and end fields the calendar for the start obviously shows you today as the date and you will go from there. Let's say your preferred start is then a year from now and you enter it. If you then go to the end date field the calendar will again show today. The client would wish that the calendar here catches the date which is entered for preferred start so the user does not have to navigate to a year ahead then.
Implementing this would be a finesse to the user experience.
Please let me know if this is indeed an enhancement or is meant to work differently because…
