Events Endpoint Behavior Questions

OC Vibe (Honda Center) is building an integration using the Elite API and they are trying to understand the behavior of certain fields and options.

Questions they raised:

Is it possible to exclude fields from the response objects of API endpoints?
On the query filtered events endpoint (/v1/events/all), is it possible to exclude results that have null as the last modified value? These are always included when using the lastModifiedFilter.
What triggers a last modified on update value to update on events? Is it only changes made to event fields or are there other subject areas within the event that also change this date?

I thought it was just event changes, but it's actually event changes and some booked spaces changes that would update the lastModifiedOn on the event.
