Attachments on Email Template

I am not sure why these documents are getting attached to an email template? the information on those docs is the same as what's on the email itself, is that expected behavior from the send test email feature?

There isn't enough information here to go on. I have no idea how these emails are being generated. It looks like Andrea submitted a ticket for this so someone in support will pick it up and look at it.
