API user details in audit log
- Account name : MCEC
- Region : APAC
- Client version (Enterprise) :26.1
- Description of the issue : API user details in audit log
- What does the client want to do? Why do they want to do this?
- Customer want to track user level details in the Audit log. Ex: When we add Main menu > API user > Add/ edit user or Add/remove endpoints etc.
- Any changes made for an API user cannot be seen in Audit log. Config does not have this option. The Audit Log always shows only if the API user is involved.
- We can have a API user column added in ‘Audit log’ window. Apart from that can we configure to have the api user level details?
- What does the client want to do? Why do they want to do this?
- What you've already tried or suggested. Why does this not work?
- Added API user column added to know any information
- Business impact if not resolved: HIGH : flagged as security issue.
- Attach relevant files (such as screenshots)

Nicole Loh Satya Ram Nukala please advice

Anitha Khairnar I have tested and confirm this is how our system tracks at the moment and this needs to be recorded as enhancement
Will request Mike Schepker to see if anything we can provide to client apart restricting the users to API User window
-
If it's not available as an option in the audit log then it would be an enhancement request.
They could use access management to deny access to the API Users window.
