    Hi Luke Mintert , I am afraid that I cannot really help here.  You'll need to add some more details to this - including what the integration they've built does, what they are expecting to be returned, and then raise a ticket for engineering to investigate.  Thanks!

    Hi Elizabeth Fox they are getting a token via call to https://auth-api.venueops.com/token but any other call they make is returning an error.  For example; https://api.venueops.com/v1/events/all is returning an error or any other call they are trying.  Apparently it was working successfully until Friday last week.  Sounds like this needs to be a VOPS ticket or is this an SPT ticket?
