API Error Message: "The incoming token has expired"
Hi Team 🙋‍♂️
Gas South District has developed an integration and it had been working. Â However, on Friday July 3, 2026 at 10:22 it stopped working and they started getting an error message. Â Below is the information they sent over.
The calls worked a few hours ago, now I am getting the below error

The token call returns a token, however any other call return expired

Returns a token

https://api.venueops.com/v1/events/allÂ
Returns an error
We sent over the help link: https://help-api.venueops.com/#overview--get-token and suggested making new credentials and trying again. Â However, they are still having issues and hoping we can get some assistance with the error Elizabeth FoxÂ

Hi Luke Mintert , I am afraid that I cannot really help here. Â You'll need to add some more details to this - including what the integration they've built does, what they are expecting to be returned, and then raise a ticket for engineering to investigate. Â Thanks!

Hi Elizabeth Fox they are getting a token via call to https://auth-api.venueops.com/token but any other call they make is returning an error.  For example; https://api.venueops.com/v1/events/all is returning an error or any other call they are trying.  Apparently it was working successfully until Friday last week.  Sounds like this needs to be a VOPS ticket or is this an SPT ticket?
