Identifying Source Application (ESC) From Service Order

MCCNO is attempting to identify service orders that were created via ESC, and they are not seeing enough data coming back from the ServiceOrders API endpoint to identify this. 

There is a field on service orders table named “Application Type” (ER100_ENT_APP_TYPE), and this contains data on which application created the record. This field does not appear on the ServiceOrders API endpoint however. There is a field named “Source Application” that seems as if it is intended for this, however this field is empty for all orders (not just from the API endpoint, it is blank in v30).

What I don't know is if this is a bug that this Source Application field is empty, or if they need to update configuration somehow to access this field.
