Total Field Counts Incorrectly
- Description of the issue: : the customer created a total field in Momentus that is supposed to count the activities stored in a customer file. This field does not count the stored activities of company accounts migrated from the OnPrem DB: it always returns a count of 0

Steps to reproduce:
- From Main Menu go to Accounts All
- Search Account Code 00031939
- Switch to the "Löschaktion Fidelio Import" view, if needed
- Here you can already see that the total in the “Anzahl Aktivitäten” field is 0, even though there are some activities associated with the record:
- Open the record by double-clicking and check the activities associated with the record:
- Observed results vs Expected results: the column should show the the exact count of activities
- What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: The customer wants to decide which accounts can be retired based on the amount of total activities
- Business impact if not resolved:

Noting that we have had many discussions on this in ME-8321 and in teams.
Francesco Torchia this sounds like the issue is still do to migrated data? Did you talk to Tech Services to review the differences in the migrated data and other data in their account?

I believe the problem stems from the distinction made in the “ART-PERSONEN” field. There, we have a distinction between “PRIVATKONTAKT” and “FIRMENKONTAKT,” and the issue seems to be occurring with the business contacts!
Here are a few examples from both categories:
- Accounts created in 2023 where activities are counted correctly
- Aigner, Erich | Account Code: 00077978 - 1 activity & 2 notes; created on 12/12/2023
- Nepustil Thomas | Account Code: 00075586 - 37 activities + 1 of them in 2023
- Radauer, Manuel | Account Code: 00082691 | 22 notes + 3 of them in 2016
- Accounts created in 2023 where activities are counted incorrectly - are all company contacts
- Kamleithner, Alexander | 00024894 | 4 activities older than 2022
- Zauner, Martin | 00036301 | 3 activities older than 2021 --> Activity added retroactively for Zauner Martin is counted
- Fermie, Priji | 00031170 | 11 activities
- Kormann, Renate | 00028729 | 12 activities
