Momentus & Marketing Platforms

Our marketing team are keen to see how their spend is working when it comes to conversions in Momentus. Below are the questions that have been asked and I wasn’t sure what Momentus was capable of.
Could you please have a look and come back to us?
- Does Momentus support paid platform lead tracking (eg Meta / Google ads)?
- Is there an existing API or integration pathway for this?
- If so, what data points/fields would be needed to make that work?
- Is there an option to give our paid media agency restricted Momentus access so they can connect it somehow?

Larissa Propato what use cases / products are these customers asking about?
The only one i've heard is for OSB. They want to use it for tracking if customers book space (using OSB).
I'm not aware of any other use cases in Momentus. Tagging Anthony Costantino on this post.

Larissa Propato echo Seth's comment… can you share more information about the client and use case? who is it and what kind of client are they? Venue? Registration? Exhibitions?
There was SOME support for Google and Facebook lead tracking on some of our public apps, like registration, but it's been a while. I can't speak to it's current state.
Tagging Rob Rebman and Michelle Perdue as their team might have fielded this question in the past.

This query is from Alder Road Food Group Pty Ltd trading as Cook and Waiter | Account | Salesforce - They are a catering company that recently migrated from Priava to Enterprise. No public facing apps are being used, just the core enterprise system. My assumption from this email(and other customers queries) is that they want to track conversion of sales leads in relation to marketing actions/paid engagements(such as google ads). Happy to ask further questions if you have some.

If the want to track sales leads in relation to marketing, then this is a question for Carissa Harrison. Not sure if this is something she's planning for Sales AI.

Larissa Propato if everything they do is backoffice and nothing is “integrating” with the Enterprise system, they could track the lead source for an Event Opportunity. Then there is full reporting. Also if they are documenting this and have reports for this, they could give limited access to their marketing partner - as long as they have available users. If they decide to integrate leads, then we will need to hear how they are going to “integrate” them.

Right now, Sales AI does not have any awareness of specific lead or campaign sourcing. Sales AI currently records source of the opportunity creation within the application. This is limited to email, file upload, manual, and voice recording.
In Enterprise the lead source & campaign fields are inputted manually by the user.
Based on what your customer is describing, it sounds like they want to track conversions by campaign & campaign channel (email vs. Google Ads, etc.). That's not something we're actively working on for Sales AI right now, but you're not the first to bring it up — we've heard this from a few other customers too. Good feedback to have on our radar. -
