    No, suggested to them to let those users try on test and see results there and if it not keeps happening just to mark it as a one timer.

    The client reached out again with an issue that seems to be connected to this one. Meaning we are not speaking of a one timer anymore + it is Jaarbeurs which is why we should take this seriously.

    They now reported of a user who isn't even allowed to approve PO's but got the e-mail that he had approved a PO.

    Here you see that user “BELBERS737” is cc'd for having approved the PO

    But the approval history shows clearly that he did not.

    When looking in the audit log they see that at the time of the E-mail, he just logged in and the real approver was approving at the same time the PO.

    This is the second time something goes wrong whit Auditlog information / Users getting mixed up. 

    How can we best approach this? 

    I checked for the E-Mail in the Logs and found that it was sent FROM the user who is said to be the one who approved the PO but should not be the one who did.

    Get them on full story and see if you can record it happening. Also check the weblogs.
