Missing fields in API
- Account name: Jaarbeurs
- Region: EMEA
- Client version (Enterprise): 26:1
- Description of the issue: With the Momentus API's, the customer should also be able to create Fulfillment Orders.
However, currently, the Coredim01 (Beur scode) field is mandatory for their fulfillment orders; this is a field that is not currently offered within the API set. Therefore, they cannot create Fulfillment Orders.
They ask if the API below can be modified for this purpose:
- Post FulfillmentOrders
- Post MembershipOrders
A new field needs to be added to both of these: ER100_GL_CORE_DIM_01 - What you've already tried or suggested. Why does this not work?
Checked the API Help the ER100_GL_CORE_DIM_01 does not exist in both Post FulfillmentOrders and Post MembershipOrders - Business impact if not resolved: They are not able to automate daily routine work

Do they have field restrictions on that field making it required? I would think if it was required by the system, it would be available via the API, so they must be using field restrictions to make that required.

The customer confirmed that even when the field is set to required, it isn't available via the API.
How should I proceed? Pendo?
