How to customize Historical Aging Detail
- Account name: Manchester Central
- Region: EMEA
- Client version (Enterprise):
- Description of the issue
- The customer would like to know whether it is possible to exclude specific events or specific transactions from the Historical Aging data (e.g. Accounts having a 0.00 open amount), so that only certain data are displayed:

- What you've already tried or suggested. Why does this not work?
I was not able to find any documentation about Historical Aging data - Business impact if not resolved: Confusing lists, because of unnecessary data
- Links to articles where you've looked for solutions and also other steps you've taken to research the issue. N/A

For the offsetting amounts: I would try to understand how many of these they have and why they exist. Its possible that they just need to apply them. If the quantity is large - there may be a way to automate this application.
NOTES: When closing the AR period - items that have already been applied may be closed for the purposes of showing on the AR Aging report when the application is more complicated then just payment to invoice (when non-invoiced payments are applied against non-invoiced refunds) - so closing the AR period prior to running the report will help in less common AR applications
For the specific events - I assume that we provide some onscreen filtering capabilities already - but again if the purpose is to filter out offsetting transactions, I think the real answer is to apply these either manually (if minimal) or automatically (if there is a large history of these) -
