Image in price list item note cannot be saved
- Description of the issue: When adding an image to a Price List Item note, the image disappears after saving and the note is blank

- Steps to reproduce:
- Go to price list from main menu and search for "diabet" and select the price list Preisliste Ausstellerportal Diabetes HT 2026 and right click on it to edit it
- Go to price list item tab and search for Stand and right click on price list item resource code "Stand" to edit
- Go to Notes tab and click on Add Note button on right top.
- In the Class dropdown select “Aussteller Info Web” and click on insert Momentus image symbol
In Select Image select "Logo-BMU_office" → Notice that the image is correctly displayed in the Preview
- Click on Save and then again Save. We could see the image is not the same also it disappears once clicks on save. If i am trying to select the logo which is mentioned in the recording of client it is giving me error. - Observed results vs Expected results: The image disappears once the note gets saved.
- What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Adding logos to Price List Items notes
- Business impact if not resolved: Negative impact, since the logos should be displayed in the Exhibitor Portal

Mike Schepker Yes, it seems to be the same behaviour. So, apparently, it happens with every type of notes.
Should I link my Zendesk ticket to the existing Jira ticket or would it be better to keep the things apart?
