Tracking Event Hours for an Account
Nashville Yards has an Account where they give them 100 complimentary hours of event space each year.
For this Account, they need to track:
- Hours used
- Costs of the spaces used
We could pull the hours for the event space bookings in a report but they are looking for a way to connect those costs. Would it make sense to add an entry in the Additional Revenues/Expenses section of Financials which could then be tied into that same report?
They also want a way to track those hours easily and notify the Account when they are nearing the 100 hour allocation. I just want to make sure all of this seems possible before I ask them to submit a report request! Thank you!
