0% Win probability in Event Opportunity not saved

Short Summary of issue (issue description): When creating an Event Opportunity with a 0.01% Win probability, that value is cleared.

Recreation Steps:
- In the Main Menu, go to Event Opportunities
- Click Add Event Opportunity
- Fill the required fields
- Select "0,01" in the Win % field
- Click Save
- Notice that the Event Opportunity is saved, but Win % is now empty
Observed vs. Expected Results: Value in Win % on new Event Opportunities is not saved when it is set to 0.01%.
What does the client want to accomplish: Their reporting relies on the use of Win 0% (or 0.01%).

Is that the only one that doesn't save? Do the other options save? My guess is because the WIN PCT is set to 0.00. I'm not sure if that is valid or not. I would think it is. You could try testing that locally by testing in another database and seeing if the same thing happens if you have a Probability of Win with a 0.00 WIN PCT.
