ESC - Resource can be ordered in decimal but is setup by Unit
Description of the Issue:
Resources which have been setup to be ordered by Unit can manually be changed in the order process to be a decimal. While navigating with the arrows in the Field (1,2,3 etc.) you can also click into the Field and enter 1,5 or else.
AI identified this to have been fixed in 24.2 (https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/23824514266391-Fixes-2024-2) but the issue is still there for the client on 25.3.
Can this be issued as Regression/Jira and could you link the existing Ticket for it to then do a follow up and refer to it?

Hi Dominik,
We no longer support 25.3. Are you able to reproduce the issue on a supported version?
Also can you identify the exact release note where this was fixed previously. You linked to the page with all 24.2 fixes and i'm not sure which one you're referring to.

Seth Halvaksz I tested this on the latest 26.1 again and you can enter manually 1.5

I do not see it as a huge issue as the arrows do work as intended only with the full numbers. Not sure what experts try to manually adjust to order one and a half bins. I will try to convince the client that this is somehow fine. Also you can only do the the decimals with a point (US Format). When doing it with a Comma (EU Format) it wont let you. As the client is situated in Spain and they also use the comma to denote decimals this should be good to go with.

Dominik Obelöer a few questions.
- Was this client reported or just something we noticed internally?
- How big of a deal is this if it was not addressed? Is this a nice to have something that needs to be worked on soon? I would likely argue is it was “fixed” in 24.2 but has not been brought up again since then it probably is not urgent. Thoughts?

1. This was reported by the client as they had customers who actually order half a bin.
2. I convinced the client to close the ticket as this is only possible by manual entry and the arrows function fine/as should. So no, this does not need to be worked on soon.
