AR Demographics Warning in Edit Event
Refer to Product IdeasInquiring if anyone knows a better way to inform users that an Account is on a Warn AR Demographic in the Events section.
Hold status stops users from making changes, but the Warn status is not very apparent at the Edi Event page.
On the account record, a large red warning symbol is presented. In the Edit Event section, it can only be seen as a tiny grey icon within in the Account field.

They use Warn to inform Event Managers, but this tiny icon is often missed.
Has anyone else found a better way to present this warning on the Edit Event section? From what I recall, it was much more obvious on the legacy UI.

Martin, can you include a screenshot of how this warning looks on the account record
-
Absolutely. The Account record has the field “Hold Orders - AR Demographics” that can be added to the layout.

Thanks Martin. I'll ask if this same warning. has been considered for the Edit Event page.

Adding and following as I have had a similar request from a customer. Also, side note - the symbols look slightly different? And my customer's database doesn't show the red box when you go to the Account. They are on 26.1.

I looked into this, and I've learned this is not simple to make the warning look the same on the Edit Event page as the Edit Account page.
We'll probably need to make this better as part of Sales AI. CC Carissa Harrison
We made a small change in 26.2 to the warning message in ET2-3231:

Here's what the red icon looks like:

Seth Halvaksz - Atlas Performing Arts Center also complained today that it is difficult to notice when an account is in a “warn” status. They would like to have an alert message appear similarly to your second screenshot with the banner for on hold.

Joel, as i mentioned above this is more work than expected to make this more visible when editing an event, so we'll need to treat this as an enhancement.
Could you submit to Pendo and post the link here for reference?
