  • Description of the issue: Activity recipient list scroll down every time user check/uncheck any checkbox for selection
  • Account name: Venues Wellington
  • Region: APAC
  • Client version:26.1
  • Steps to reproduce:
    • Edit any event > Activity tab > Add reminder activity
    • Click Recipient list> Check /uncheck options and note that the control goes down.
    • This issue is seen in main and 25.3 as well. But has noted it was working in 25.3. We have requested more info. Meanwhile if this is a bug or an enhancement
  • Observed results vs Expected results:
    • Recipients list scroll down every time user check/uncheck any checkbox for selection
  • What is the job the client is trying to accomplish:
    • If the list is huge user cannot track what options were selected when the control goes down the list. Hence they expect the control should not move.
  • Business impact if not resolved: HIGH

    I think it recently stopped working with the new UX. Classic UX doesn't seem to glitch at all.

    Nicole Loh Thanks for the recording. I watched it and i don't understand the issue.

    What's the issue?  The description in this post does not make sense to me.

    Seth Halvaksz The issue is whenever tons of people are part of the recipients and then you have to manually untick the boxes to exclude some of them, you can see that whenever one of them is unticked, the dropdown list glitches and goes straight to the bottom of the list. This causes issues because users then have to scroll back up to the top to uncheck more people.

    Are you able to replicate this issue in QE?
