AskMo Support
Hi team,
I understand that customers are now able to move the AskMo box around their environment which is great. But is there a way to close the window altogether and be able to access it by going to the navigation tab as an example? I hear you can't do that now as it isn't possible to remove the window from your screen.
Also, is there a plan to include the ability to add in business rules to their AskMo intelligence so the answers are based both on the support centre and their internal business rules?

We have not yet determined the timing of the change, that is still being worked out. You will hear through the usual go-to-market processes.

Thank you Seth Halvaksz - confirming we are working on the change to be able to close AskMo Support. Is the answer the same to including business rules?
