Importing new fonts into Enterprise

Hi Team, 

I have a customer, EMBL, who are interested in importing their organisation's font (IBM Plex Sans) into Enterprise. They have submitted a ticket for this request however, can product provide further information on where the customer is able to utilise this font? 

I understand you can change the fonts on a crystal report and cannot change the system fonts available. Is the customer able to use the font in their emails they send from Enterprise or does this also relate to the system fonts category? 

Any information to better understand where the new fonts in Enterprise can be utilised would be helpful. Thanks

  Ella, we cannot allow a customer to import a font due to licensing issues.

  Please contact customer support and they will explain the process.

  Thanks - i have enquired about the process with support and I understand the process is as follows: 

  Customer submits ticket to request for font import which will then be liaised with product to inform with legal and sales to purchase the font and font is then installed into Enterprise by product. Is this correct?

  Should the purchasing of the font and importing into Enterprise is successful, can the customer utilise the font in the email templates in Enterprise? Thanks

  Yes that is correct process. However we may need to invoice the customer for cost of the font, in case of very large costs to purchase it.  There is a form to fill out to get the details.

  I know you can use fonts in Crystal Reports, I would assume you can include in email templates as well.
