Is it correct to say that any venue that is currently only using "Opportunities" will need to migrate data to "Event Opportunities" to benefit from the upcoming Sales AI?

It still is only available with Event Opportunities. We are still researching the conversion plans between Opps > EO. Any updates will be communicated to the G2M team/leadership and outlined in enablement by June. -
Just checking if there are any updates on the Opps > EO conversion plans since the last note that this is still being researched and would be communicated by June. Anything I can share back in the meantime would be helpful.

Andrea Diaz Kowalski I can confirm that we will be providing a tool to import existing EOs, Opps, Events (in a specified status range), into Sales AI so that users will have one place for their pipeline.
Once imported Sales AI is the source of truth until they create the event. If any updates occur in that object in Enterprise Sales AI will not inherit the changes. Sales AI also will not write back to the object (unless it came from an Event). -
