Short Summary of issue (issue description): The date format for the Preferred Start & End Date on Web Lead Forms is in American format, even though region is set to Europe.

Recreation Steps:

1. In the Main Menu, go to Web Lead Form Configurations
2. Edit Event Enquiry Form
3. Go to the Languages tab and notice that the region is set to English (Europe) (en-150)
4. Click Actions > Copy Shortcut and paste the URL in a new tab
5. Scroll down to Event information and select a Preferred Start Date
6. Notice that the date is in US format (eg 4/23/2026) and not in European format (eg 23/04/2026)

Observed vs. Expected Results: Customer would expect to see European date format when that region is selected.

  ““WLF is missing some code to display the dates in the correct format, and it also needs additional custom code to check for the column fields (names) and change their date values to match how we save them in our SQL Db tables.”

  Hi Seth Halvaksz I have more implementations for WebLead Forms in EMEA Region about to start. Can we add this enhancement request as prio? Otherwise the implementations of the WebLead Forms can not be completed (no Go Live possible) and the customers can not use this tool at all.
