AnsweredIs there a way to have a time frame/day out when configuring spaces to be open to book in to? - slightly different to Auto Accept off. The scenario being the customer only "open" up a space to be available to be booked 3 days out from a date,

Victor Nogales Junior will need to confirm this, but from documenting the integration configuration in Connect, there is no setting for this. I don't know if Enterprise has a setting for this that the integration would obey. I know Elite doesn't!

Hi @... , Philip Bathfield , I'm afraid the Momentus Outlook Integration does not currently have a native "days out" or booking lead time configuration within Momentus Connect itself. There is no setting in the integration to restrict a space from being bookable in Outlook until X days before a date. This type of "rolling availability window" (e.g., only open for booking 3 days out) is not part of the current integration configuration options, which focus on Space Management rules (Outlook Managed vs Momentus Managed), Auto Accept settings, and notification rules.
To Lindas's point, maybe worth checking with Seth Halvaksz if that can be achieved in the Enterprise side.
