Users status automatically changed to ''Retire"
- Account name : Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd
- Region : APAC
- Client version (Enterprise) : 25.2 Prod and 25.4 Test
- Description of the issue
- What does the client want to do? Why do they want to do this?
- Main menu > Users . Filter users each.
- WOWONG394 and XLIM394
- Customer has noted that these users status were changed to ‘Retired’
- Looked into the audit logs etc. There is no entry for this change.
- Advise how this can be checked to avoid such occurrences with other users
- Customer had to activate them again and they were able to login
- What does the client want to do? Why do they want to do this?
- What you've already tried or suggested. Why does this not work?
- Tried to compare both profiles. Seems both are different profile and not much in common. WOWONG394 seems to have better access than XLIM394
- Business impact if not resolved Normal

Did they recently merge accounts, for instance an account that was active in personnel and tied to the user?

Audit log does not show any details of accounts being merged linked to these users. Also customer is not aware of any specific change made to these accounts.

Anitha Khairnar, I see Mike's point is valid here, please check with them! I noticed the personal accounts have recently added to the user account it is worth checking with them if they merged old accounts
