AskMo in German

Hello,

I am currently testing AskMo in German, and it seems to not be able to answer any AskMo Data questions in German as it is prompting me with this: 

I'm sorry, but you don't have access to data queries at this time. To unlock access to data analytics and reporting features, please contact your account administrator or reach out to your Momentus support representative. I'm still here to help with product support questions and general inquiries!

Is this a bug/ an access issue or is AskMo data not currently working in German?

It seems t have answered some Support questions in German but with English text from AskMo and also a reply that looked like a bug since it mixed up the questions (where it says “you are asking how many service order items are included in your seminar..”) is not what I was actually asking.

Could you share a rough timeline with me (if known yet) for when AskMo Support and Data will be fully functioning in German or confirm whether I am facing a bug in the German Demo environment?

  Can you confirm that it is answering data questions in English? The message you're getting “I'm sorry, but you don't have access to data queries at this time” is the message you get if you don't have the ASKMO role (or the new MODATA role, communication on that coming shortly).

  If it is answering questions in English and not in German, I defer to @... .

  Hi Linda and Akin, thanks for that, I re-added the ASKMO role and it worked but there are still some things that remain to show in English as listed below: 

  1) As soon as I open AskMo it shows me suggested questions in English rather than German:
   

  

  2) When I ask a question in German, it does the “processing your request” in English as shown here:

  

   

  3) And the chat menu such as “new chat” including the history topics remain in English:

  That is consistent with my understanding - you can ask and have Ask Mo answer in other languages, but only English is officially supported, so the hard-coded text (headers and such) will be in English. I can tweak the language in Ask Mo Data to make that expectation clearer.

  That's the current state, @... will know when full internationalization is on the roadmap!
