Momentus Mobile
AnsweredI am working with a customer who would like to understand the risk and any known issues if the phone feature is enabled (from Strategic point of view)
The question was splintered if the users’ mobile get stolen or users forget their mobile somewhere and the Momentus session is left open – how can we prevent the information (e.g. any configuration or control we have from the system admin side)?
e.g. If a user is assigned with the AR/AP access – what would be the best approach to prevent such occurrences?
The customer also understand that we can kill the user session from current user sessions however it would fall into operational part and we are currently seeking from a strategic side ( where timeout session helps)
Thus, the question was raised to the support to provide a document that outlines any known risks we should be aware of.
Specifically, they would like to understand any potential security, privacy, or operational impacts so we can make an informed decision and plan appropriate mitigations if needed.

Philip, Momentus Mobile was sunset once we launched the new UX in 25.1. Momentus is a fully responsive page.

Thank you

This question actually reminds me of our security trainings - I think this is about the security of the phone itself. If the user has a lock screen on their phone, then if the application is still logged in to, anyone who gets their phone won't be able to get to Enterprise (or any of their personal stuff as well).
Oh, and if they have financials access, the user should definitely not be accessing Enterprise on their phone via public wifi in coffeehouses, stores, etc.
