Dominik Obelöer Looks like a bug to me. I tested in the QE database and it is working there. Maybe there's bad data on this account? Does it happen with all accounts?
-
One other thing to check is if they have any webhooks that may be changing the designation status back.
-
It also happens with other Accounts.
They have four active Webhooks:
- Update Accounts
- Update Exhibitor
- Update Order
- Update Invoices
Will check with TS. -
TS Feedback is that this has nothing to do with Webhooks.
Any other idea Mike Schepker or does it qualify to be checked via Jira? -
Check the audit log on the account and 1. verify they are tracking changes to the account designation and 2. check the audit log to verify it's not updating and getting set back. If that's not happening, I'd say it's okay to submit a Jira. According to the KB, if an order is added it should flip to Active and in my testing in the QE database it does behave that way.
-
They do track account designation but the audit log only shows the status they are on. There is no other. What is weird is that they actually changed from “Active” to “Interested”.
Dorian Büdel what's the logic behind it. I guess it should be the other way around but maybe the manual change corupts something here?

-
Dominik Obelöer You can ignore that log entry. I was just playing around.
-
Mike Schepker would you have a Feedback based on the Audit Log?
-
I'd say this needs a Jira to be investigated by dev.
