- Main > email and merge template. Send email for both template
- Note that both show format issue in the email received
- ZZ02 Spacing issues:
- ZZ12 extra bullets:
- Observed results vs Expected results: The email should show same email as template

- Business impact if not resolved: Normal

I discussed with engineering and here's the response:
“The only issue is the formatting in their html of the template, Technical solutions can easily fix this.”
