Multi-Venue & Elite Core
Hello!
I have a question regarding the use of Elite Core for a demo with prospects organizing racecourses across multiple venues in France.
Background:
- The prospect’s requirement is high-level: they need to book a day and then populate the event agenda with various races throughout that day.
- Elite Core appears to be a suitable fit for this workflow.
- Their current process involves sending blocked dates to venues, which then confirm the bookings.
The support center indicates that multiple venues can be created in Elite Core (https://elitesupportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/17444470163991-Sorting-Venues), and I know that we are working with standard roles only.
For venues confirming bookings, I am considering using the standard booking role, which allows users to change an event status to Definite.
My question is:
- In Momentus Core, is it possible to restrict this standard booking role so that a user from a venue can only validate events created in their own venue ? Or would that make it a Custom role?
- If this is possible, can I have multiple Booking roles for the same Elite tenant ? (if it is possible, I would recommend the creation of one booking role per venue)

IN THE MEAN TIME - we have realized that adding a venue to elite core is an add-on, and that after more thoughts, Pro would be a better fit anyway, so this question is not important at all anymore.
I am still curious though, but there is absolutely no urgency :)
