User List Sorting
Would you be able to explain how the User List sorting works in Elite? We had thought it sorted between Active and Pending users, starting from A-Z based on that status. However, in Quebecor Sports & Divertissement (account-568-A, ca-venueops) we are seeing folks who are active sorted into the Pending users list and not with the other Active users A-Z sort list.
Below screenshots are from the beggining of clients user list and then the next screenshot is when the Pending list starts with active users listed with them

I could not find anything in documentation about the logic used here. @... , do you happen to know if there is supposed to be a logical sort order? If not, I can check with the engineering team.

I don't think we put that in the KB but it is supposed to be logical. Off the top of my head I think it was active then pending then inactive. Then within those groupings System Admins were first (they have a star) and then everyone else, and within those groupings users where alphabetic. Let me know if that doesn't make sense, I'll draw a diagram or something.
Maybe moving to first name and last name fields rather than a singular name field borked things?
Sidebar, when did we do that? I never got the Add a User article updated so I missed that somehow.
