COWF Accessibility: Missing Page Language

Austin Convention Center has a client requirement to ensure all public-facing digital content meets WCAG accessibility standards. When running accessibility checks (e.g., WAVE plug-in) on Customer Opportunity Web Forms (COWF), the page is flagged for missing or invalid language attributes. Can you confirm if this missing page language attribute in COWF considered a bug or a feature gap/enhancement request?

  We have VPATs on most pages in Enterprise, but i'm not seeing one for COWF unfortunately.

  I will say that i know COWF is old technology.  I don't think we've made statements that this form is WCAG AA like other pages in our application, so I would treat this as an enhancement request.
