EZ Writer Support

NIHF heavily uses EZ Writer data sources in many areas of the system. They are wondering about future plans to support EZ Writer long term. Is this something we will continue to support for a while?

Amy, long term for EZ Writer is TBD.
It would be helpful to get a list of all the different ways they use EZ Writer.
For example, i know reporting is a big use case that i'm aware of, because companies didn't want to pay the user licenses and also didn't want some users to have access to anything besides reports.

Thanks Seth Halvaksz - I know NIHF uses them in E-mail templates for sure and for their replicated database but let me see if he can send me a more comprehensive list.

Seth Halvaksz - resurfacing this question with some additional info. They use EZ writer tables in many of their Registration Confirmation, Waitlist, and promo code emails. They have multiple reports that reference EZ writer data sources. They also have some EZ Writer webpages for stakeholders to view info.

Amy, right now there are no plans to touch EZ writer.
We do have future plans for reporting with Sigma.
