Hello Team!

Where does this venue image pull to? I don't see it coming through via booking portal or exhibitor store. Does it go elsewhere?

  I believe this is used for the Booking Portal. If no room specific images are uploaded, it will default to pulling the overall venue image.

  Elizabeth Fox Could you please double check Brian's answer above, maybe with QA or dev? Per the branding article in the KB, the fallback image is the Landing Page Hero Image, and there is a place to upload that in the Booking Portal config itself. I dug around in Jira and found this https://ungerboeck.atlassian.net/browse/VOPS-668 but it doesn't clarify the Hero Image in the BP vs the Venue Image.

  Rebecca Nolph and I tested this today and we are not seeing the behavior Brian detailed above. Even when a venue image was added, it did not pull into the booking portal room images. I still can't figure out what the venue image is tied to! Elizabeth Fox @...
