• Steps to reproduce: Launch site on iPad and login . Select any report ex: event confirmation and run. The report does not display as seen in iPhone
• Observed results vs Expected results: Reports should display in iPad as well

@... Please confirm if NewUI supports user to view reports on iPad. Customer confirms that it is working fine with iPhone

  It could be related to the iPad iOS version - I will test this on mine & provide further feedback.

  Anitha Khairnar Have you attempted to recreate this? Does it happen with all reports or specific reports? 

  I just logged in a random customer's database and ran the Event Manifest and Event Order Confirmation reports without issue on an iPad.

  Pieter Fourie Please advice if there is any limitation on the expected configuration for iPads? Because after testing on other devices customer have noted that reports are not working for all devices.

  iPadOS 16 went out of support 2 years ago. https://endoflife.date/ipados
