Limitations/Recommendations on Synchronize Address Labels utility for large data sets

We need to update address labels for 99k+ organization accounts in a client database (Disney). The Synchronize Labels utility seems to error out or not run and I don't trust that it's able to process that volume. Wondering what my recourse is here? Do I need to run it on smaller batches? what's the largest batch size? is there a SQL alternative I can run directly on db?

Tony - i asked engineering. It sounds like there's not a great alternative here. Have you asked tech services for suggestions?
"I think if you are on the Countries window and you change the address label format for a particular country you can then choose "synchronize address labels" and it tries to format labels from there for accounts/contacts. But I'm assuming if you've got hundreds of thousands/millions of accounts for that country it cant handle the load"
“I don't think we even have a way to control the batch size per country - unless he's trying to change multiple countries at once and then sync - I wouldn't do that”

Seth Halvaksz so we don't have to reverse engineer a solution here, can Engineering share the SQL or logic used by the Synchronize utility that TS and I can then convert into a custom solution?
