ESC booth oblong shows error upon adding to cart

Description of the issue:  ESC showing error while adding 1 product to the cart while other items are added normally
Business impact: impacting operations

Steps to reproduce: 

• Go to Exhibitor Service Center Configuration from main menu
• Select the 2025 Standard Price List - Carpeted Space w/o Piped Services, Rigging, Cleaning, Logistic, Catering ESC configuration and right click for edit 
• Copy the URL from actions button on right top end
• Open the URL in separate tab and select any of the event and any booth number and submit
• Go to Catering < Others < Select oblong table and click on add to cart. You will see an error and the item will never be added to cart. Observed
• Observed results vs Expected results: There should not be any error

  Divya Thakur This is a configuration issue. 

  If you look at the console log when the error occurs, you will get a hint at where to look (I bolded the relevant part):

  So we know the error is occurring on Upsells when ordering the item. If I go to the price list and find that item and go to the Upsell tab, I can see that it has an upsell of Spandex for Oblong Table. 
   

  

  If I search for that item on the Price List, I can see that the item is no longer active. 
   

  

  This means that the system cannot provide that item for the upsell and is erroring out. Marking the Spandex for Oblong Table as Active on the price list will resolve this issue.

  Divya Thakur  The ESC config in your link takes me to the RNA Asia 2025 event and I don't see any place to order catering.
