Two different issues with Events

Description of the issue: There are two different issues happening here, The customer observed that deleting a function from the Edit Event screen does not trigger a warning message, while deleting from the Event Grid or Event Function menu does. They are unsure if this is expected behavior or a bug. The customer also noted that function colours change unexpectedly when switching views or navigating away from and back to the Function tab. This behavior is inconsistent.
