Space Utilization Report - Best Practices

Hello team!
Client: Harrogate Convention Centre
Question: What's the best practice to not attach the below usages (Room Block and Event Related - Internal) to an event when running the report?
Scenario: Currently, the space utilization report counts room block (20) and event related - internal (25) usage statuses which should be excluded from the overall report as the client does not use these as tenanted days. They use Room Block to block off a room so it cannot be used for an event. The Event Related - Internal is used when they need some internal set up prior to an event i.e. removing furniture (chairs) in the Auditorium.
Other: In the report parameters, there doesn't seem to be a filter for booking usage - is this an enhancement that could be considered in the future?

I also have NZICC asking for additional parameters in this report to allow them to filter for Booking Statuses and Booking Usages.
There are certain types of bookings that probably should not be included such as a booking to block out maintenance of a particular space. I know space restrictions should be used, however this does not display on the calendar that the space is not available and hence only when users try to book that date it will come up with the warning. Hence why some customers still prefer to use the booking method to block out spaces. These bookings should not count.
Are there plans to further enhance the parameters for this report?

A lot of customers would benefit to exclude certain type of bookings (based on status and usage) as chanh mentioned they are blocked out for certain range and for maintenance etc where customers prefer to see this visually.

If you can please add these enhancements in pendo if not already done so. Please include the link here for reference.
I also expect some of these scenarios to be addressed by Ask Mo. We should test this.

Himanshu Chanh Huynh Ella Fancett - Hi! Do you guys know if an enhancement request was ever submitted for this? I've got a customer asking for the booking usage filter on this report as well as an event status filter. I'd like to tag onto the enhancement request if is has been submitted.
Their use case is that often they need to report on occupancy for Event Day usage vs Move in/Move Out usage. They'd also like to be able to filter by Event Status (if the system is not already doing this)

I wonder if the new MT analytics capability on base space and composite space utilisation would provide additional filtering capability to include and exclude this, i think we might have to wait on that until its released.
