New UX -- Resizable Modals

We've had a couple of Customers comment on the current size of some of the Modal windows in the New UX and the inability to resize them or go fullscreen (previously possible in Classic UX).

Is there any current solution to this or is this planned for a future release?

    This is a comparison between campaign results in 25.1 vs 25.2. 25.1 is more user friendly as it makes use of the whole screen. I can see how frustrating it might be for users to use the GL import screen though. It only contains 3 fields and yet they have to scroll down. It's not a good use of space. 

    I saw this point in the what's new 25.2 article where modal size is reduced for cleaner and more consistent screen experience, but I believe the 25.1 screen is a better fit for workflows especially in the financial windows. 

    Seth Halvaksz I believe we need Carissa's help to weigh in on this one here. I feel like this needs to be changed back to the way 25.1 is where it makes use of the whole screen.

    Nicole Loh you read the release notes right, and this was intentional. So will likely need to be considered as an enhancement, but would like Carissa to share her thoughts on this.

    Nicole Loh  Joe Luckett  Yes this would be considered an enhancement request. We resized the default size of the modals to the ‘full size’ as most modals did not need to take up the entire application and there was excess whitespace. With the resizing of heights we often saw really wide but small heights in modals. 

    There's a few tickets waiting to be prioritized re: fixing some oddness with the auto resizing of heights and adding a expanding modals.

    We did get some further feedback from one of our Customers regarding this: 

    “Ticket was promptly closed and told to be raised as an enhancement request. The issue is not resolved and the new sized modal for finance tasks is making it extremely difficult for our finance team to complete their daily tasks. ”"

    I'm not sure if there is anything further we can do at this time?

    Re: the Campaign Results, we were able to prioritize the remaining windows from classic UX that should have been converted to a route and this window was on the list. This will be available in 25.3

    Joe - i learned the campaign results modal is going to change to a routed page in 25.3.  So that will give them a full view of the grid, like other pages.
