Account History Report Not Displaying Completed Events

Description of the issue:
The Account History Report is displaying events for the selected account and date range, however the Estimated Value and Total Completed Value fields are showing as $0. This occurs even though the associated service orders for those events are closed and contain ordered and actual totals.

Region:
APAC - Sydney

Client version:
25.12025062301 but also prevalent in latest 25.1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Accounts window.
2. Search for and open account 00014428.
3. Click the Actions dropdown > Reports > select Account History.
4. Set the date range to any period past July 16, 2025.
5. Run the report and download the Excel output.
6. Observe the event “Bay of Plenty Regional Council Meeting 2025” ID: 14546 does appear in the report, however the Estimated Value and Total Completed Value fields display as $0.
7. Cross-check the same events in the Service Orders window and note that multiple service orders are closed

Observed results vs Expected results:
Observed: The report displays events but shows $0 for Estimated Value and Total Completed Value.
Expected: The report should pull totals from closed service orders and display the actual values.

What is the job the client is trying to accomplish:
The client is trying to generate an accurate account history report that reflects both event activity and financial totals for reporting and analysis.

The report details all Completed Events, Upcoming Events, Event Opportunities, Missed Opportunities and Cancelled Events across a selected date range for a specific account. Each section will detail the associated events as well as the details from the event such as event category, spaces utilized, attendance and monetary value.
