Olympia is in the process of setting up the memberships module in Momentus. A key concern raised is how to securely manage and protect the personal data linked to memberships, in compliance with internal data access policies.
To mitigate this, Olympia is considering two possible configurations:
- Restricting user access to views and fields containing personal membership data.
- Creating a separate organization within Momentus, dedicated solely to memberships, to isolate sensitive data from general users.
What best practices or recommended configurations does Momentus advise for handling personal membership data securely ?

Hi Aurel, While 1st option may sounds quick and efficient, their may be change of requirements such as documents access later which you might not be able to restrict, as a customer of mine had gone through similar process (not on membership though), we end up recommending a new org to keep it completely separated.

Thanks Himanshu, good point regarding documents ! Option 2 seems like the cleanest alternative.
