API Exhibitor Endpoint – How to Include Booth Sequence Number & Products and Services Text
Account: AAO (American Academy of Ophthalmology)
Region: North America
Client Version: 2025.1
Question: What is the best way to include the Booth Sequence Number in the response when using the Exhibitor endpoint in the API?
AAO is currently using:/api/v1/Exhibitors/10/
With this query:Event eq 5017 and ExhibitorStatus eq 2&$select=ExhibitorID,Event,ExhibitorStatus,CompanyBannerName,CompanyName,CatalogAddress1,CatalogAddress2,CatalogCity,CatalogState,CatalogPostalCode,CatalogCountryName,CatalogPhone,Website,CatalogCompanyDescription,ExpandedCatalogCompanyDescription,ExhibitorCategory,BoothNumber
Is there also a way to pull the Products and Services text content for the exhibitor using this endpoint or through another method?
Thanks in advance!

Adding Rudy Scoggins & @Emily Crank incase you have any quick knowledge to share here! Thanks!

Hi Allison! Are you talking about the section represented by this Products and Services grid on the exhibitors window?

If so, this hasn't been put into the API yet. If/when it does, it would likely be a separate API call to the Exhibitors Products and Services endpoint, since it's represented by a different subject.

Hi Rudy Scoggins Thanks for the quick response!
They been able to pull all the information they need from the Exhibitors method of the API with the exception of two fields:
1) They need to retrieve the "products and services" for each exhibitor as a comma delimited list of text. Example contents, "Billing/Consulting Services; New Exhibitor; Online Services; Practice Management/Marketing Services; Recruitment".Would they be able to do this or are you saying this would need the different products and services endpoint that isn't available yet?
2) They also need to create a direct link to each exhibitor in Momentus to show the booth location. Last year their links were of the format: "https://aao.ungerboeck.com/prod/app85.cshtml?aat=6c59766e34423539675444366a46464959506b4771524b6b59436558676c724e2f30332b596a5555684a633d&BoothSeq=41597" where the only data that changed by booth was the last 5 digits. If the complete link does not exist as a field, they said they can easily construct it from the common URL stem but would need the unique value, which looks like "BoothSeq".
Any direction you can provide for how they can access those two last fields? Thanks in advance!Tagging CSM @... for visibility

Hi Allison,
1. Yes, this isn't available yet and would be a feature request
2. I would forward this question to the Exhibitors PM (Richard Marmura I believe?) -
Richard Marmura Wanted to see if you saw the question above that Ruby thought would be up your alley?

Following up on this, Richard Marmura - any thoughts on #2 above? Can you confirm if the booth hyperlink (including BoothSeq), or at least the BoothSeq value, can be obtained via the API? Thanks!
