Quick search filter limitation - this is working as designed

See https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/29568572082071-What-s-New-in-the-New-UX-2024-4-2025-1-Updates > Now Available in 2025.1 > Enhanced Grid Filtering and Search Clarity

    • What: We have improved grid filters and search functionality to make finding data faster and more intuitive. Frequently used filters are now presented in a clear and structured layout, while additional filters remain accessible in a More Filters modal.
      • Quick Filters for Grids: Frequently used filters appear in a 3-row by 2-column layout, while additional filters remain accessible in the More Filters modal.

Persistent saved views - are they signing off or navigating back and forth within the software while signed in? What page/type/modal are they on when this occurs?

According to this their should be page persistence -  https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/29568572082071-What-s-New-in-the-New-UX-2024-4-2025-1-Updates > Now Available in 2025.1> Retaining Page State for a Seamless Experience

    • What: We have improved page persistence so users can pick up where they left off without reconfiguring their views.
      • Calendar State: The last viewed calendar state is now retained when navigating away and returning.
      • Section Grid State: Details pages now remember the selected tab, section grids, and reading pane splitter position.
      • Reading Pane Optimization: The reading pane no longer reloads unnecessarily when reopening unless the selected row has changed.
    • Why: These updates improve efficiency by reducing repetitive setup, allowing users to quickly resume their workflows without extra steps.

Zoom/layout issue - PM can offer best practices, but I did see this article: https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/31176805545367-Enterprise-New-UX-FAQs#h_01JR1AW89WVA4KHDKX2KZPF5A2  - so enabling Show Compact Grids may help.

PO issuing flow - regarding more steps, was this due to button updates: https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/31176805545367-Enterprise-New-UX-FAQs#h_01JR1AYB9ZDM9NZX2Q0BFPFJ7R ? Are they missing necessary buttons that they used to have? PM should review
Regarding the PO saving or not saving  to document - PM will have to review on that, I'm not sure on the expected behavior.

    Following up on Cathy's notes:

    • Persistent saved views: If “exiting/re-entering” means logging out and back in, that behavior was updated in 25.2. From the release notes: “When you log out, the route URL and session state will be reset. When you log back in, you will be directed to the home page, and any subject pages you navigate will load the default view.”
    • Zoom/layout issue: in 25.2 the Show Compact Grids setting is expanded to encompass a more compact layout generally. It's in the release notes under new UX and there's also a standalone article: https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/33390973973527-Enable-Compact-Layout.
