A/R Demographics Access Question

A customer would like to give their Event Managers the ability to update the Taxable status in the AR demographics info of an account. But they want to know if that extra access will impact anything else downstream that they should be aware of.

Amy Durbin depends on how they go about it. Access to Actions >> View >> A/R Demographics from an account is included with the ‘Invoice and Payment Schedules - Professional’ feature set. Assigning the entire feature set brings with it the below menu actions. If this is too much power, then the client's admin should consider using Access Exceptions to grant access to the select elements they need to support the desired workflow.
