View Events by Sensitivity
InvestigatingI have someone looking to use the “View Events by Sensitivity” access privilege to restrict event visibility based on sensitivity. However, there's a note that says this privilege is not currently implemented in Momentus. Just want to confirm - this privilege doesn’t actually work as expected, right?
If that’s the case, what would you recommend as the best way to achieve restricted access to events based on sensitivity?

Allison, have you looked at this article?

-
Allison Ridings what's the client's end goal here? What's the use case? WHY do they want to restrict some users from accessing events?
-
Anthony Costantino - They didn’t provide a specific explanation for why they want to restrict access, but they did share this chart showing what they’re envisioning by role and sensitivity level:

Let me know if you think there's a workaround we could explore based on this setup.
Thanks!

Almost there… Need to define what ‘No access, but…’ means in terms of actions/fields in the application and what they can see on screen… so, for Role X, does access level 5 and 7 mean they can see event names, function names, account names in the calendars? or is it just blocked out with no data visible?
either way, the only current option is this functionality: https://supportcenter.ungerboeck.com/hc/en-us/articles/204552018-Confidential-EventsNOTE: the above has nothing to do with the Event Sensitivity field.
