Mark Potential Duplicate Accounts as Not Duplicate
Description of the issue: Customer is seeking a way to mark potentially duplicate accounts identified by the system as ‘not duplicates'.

Observed Results vs Expected Results: When using the ‘Merge Accounts' page, selecting an account and viewing the ‘Potentially Duplicate Accounts’ tab there does not appear to be any way to mark the potentially duplicate account as ''not duplicate'.
What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Client is trying to find a way to exclude confirmed non-duplicate accounts from the merge-list (or a visual indication to show that the account has been flagged as not duplicate) to assist with duplicate checking/audit process.
Business impact if not resolved: Client is finding users are checking the same accounts twice during the account audit process. This is causing issues with accuracy/doubling up of work.

Hi Joe, I do not see a way to mark it as “not a duplicate” account option. The configure duplicate checking window is where customer would go to configure what the system would look for during the duplicate account warning / potential duplicate account windows. I'd say this would most likely be an enhancement request.
