Issues exporting reports from Momentus document into a compatible Word/excel document format

  • Description of the issue: Upgrade 
  • Account name: VenuesWest
  • Region: APAC
  • Client version: 25.1
  • Steps to reproduce:
    • Edit event 32580
    • Run  report ex: "Event Briefing Notes V2" > Report opens
    • Export to Word > Note that message display as the document is older file type
    • Can we have this type upgraded to latest so that to avoid compatibility issue
  • Observed results vs Expected results:
    • Report format gets distorted after ‘converting’ it to compatible mode
  • What is the job the client is trying to accomplish: Expecting to have the export file to latest compatible format
  • Business impact if not resolved: Normal

    Anitha Khairnar and Richard Marmura, this is crystals functionality. Crystal reports technically doesn't even support doc format. Its actually just a rich text file with the doc extension. SAP (Crystal) only is maintaining functionality, not enhancing it; and this would be an enhancement by SAP for Crystal.
